THE VILLA

Villa Turquesa is divided up into two units. The first floor unit features 2 bedrooms with King-sized beds, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, and a living room with internet TV. The second floor unit features 3 bedrooms (1 King, 1 Queen, and 2 full sized beds), 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, and a living room with a TV, DVD player, and Chromcast. You may either rent the entire villa, or just the second floor.

THE ROOF TOP DECK

offers spectacular views of the mangrove forest and ocean, and is a great spot to either work on your tan or enjoy sunsets/sunrises. If you happen to be visiting during the 4th of July or New Years Eve, you will have an amazing view of several firework displays.

THE BACKYARD

The backyard has fruit trees and a deck with seating - a perfect spot for grilling or eating breakfast. And the front of the villa is donned with a sweet aquatic mural painted by famous native PR artist, Danny Torres who resides in Philadelphia.

THE BEDS

The villa has Icomfort, Sealy Posturepedic, and Stearns & Fosters beds. We use only high quality 100% cotton sheets and Hungarian down pillows. Comfy sleeping on vacation is as important to us as it is to you.

THE BATHROOMS

The bathrooms each have shampoo, conditioner and soap but feel free to bring your own. Both kitchen sinks are equipped with dish soap and dishwasher tabs.

THE DECOR 

The furniture at Villa Turquesa is a combination of new Basset and LazyBoy pieces to repurposed antiques over 100 years old and stylish pieces for flair. There are plenty of lamps for light at night and ceiling fans in every room.

LAUNDRY

A full laundry room with washer and dryer as well as a clothesline is on premises and ready for your use! We provide all towels plus extra, including beach towels. Towels are high quality, soft cotton towels that are dried in the dryer and never hung on a clothesline which makes them hard and crunchy.

CLIMATE CONTROL

Air Conditioning is available in every room. We have Split Unit AC with individual temperature control for all. It's not needed during the day through the dry season (Dec-May) but at night and during the humid rainy season you may want to run it.

PARKING

A nice sized enclosed garage with security lock can accommodate a large truck or mini van. Plus lots of room to store suitcases you may need to store to give you more room inside.
